This is where the story of each bottle begins – from the vineyards to your festive glass.
About us
Healthy soils.
Healthy grapes.
Since its inception, Maison Pannier has selected its grapes from the best vineyards in Champagne. The soils, rich in limestone and minerals, provide the perfect balance between freshness and density, and the care of the vines guarantees healthy and aromatic fruits.
Pinot Meunier from the Marne Valley, Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs – each variety is grown with respect for nature and the rhythm of the land to convey its unique terroir character in the glass.
The perfect terroir
The soul of our wines comes from the land – with its unique characteristics and richness. For each plot we have chosen the most suitable variety, without forcing nature. Our goal is to be part of the harmony between viticulture, terroir and the seasons, without disturbing its natural rhythm.
Medieval cellars
Deep underground in Château-Thierry, in 12th-century stone quarries, Pannier Champagne ages. These majestic galleries, originally used to build the city, now provide the ideal microclimate for the slow maturation of the cuvette – a stable temperature, silence and darkness that shape the finesse and complexity of each bottle.

Champagne Etiquette
Champagne Etiquette
Pannier Champagne reveals its finesse best when chilled properly. The optimal serving temperature is between 8 and 10°C to highlight its freshness and delicate aromas.
Serve it in elegant, tall flute glasses that preserve the bubbles longer. This allows the aromas and its playful character to develop gradually.
Opening the bottle is a ritual itself – gentle and without unnecessary noise, so as to preserve the delicate balance of the carbonation.
Open the bottle carefully, without sudden movements. The aim is to gently release the cap in order to preserve the delicate carbonation and balance of flavor.
Before taking your first sip, let the wine “breathe” in the glass for a moment. This helps to release the nuances of citrus, apple, or toasted bread that are characteristic of Pannier champagne.
When it comes to food, Pannier champagne is extremely versatile. It goes perfectly with seafood, oysters, smoked salmon, as well as soft cheeses, light salads, and white meats. It can also accompany more sophisticated fruit desserts.
Every glass of Pannier champagne is an invitation to the senses – freshness, elegance, and sophistication, brought together in a unique experience. It turns every moment into a celebration.
