In the heart of the historic Champagne Pannier cellars, time flows differently – slowly, at the rhythm of maturation. Each bottle undergoes a careful aging process that shapes its refined structure, rich aroma and long finish.

Composition of varieties
60% Pinot Noir – provides structure, depth and ripe fruit nuances.
40% Pinot Meunier – brings softness, roundness and a velvety feel.
Fermentation
Primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Secondary fermentation and bottle aging according to the traditional method in the Pannier cellars.
